Description
Slættaratindur is the highest peak in Føroyar (Faroe Islands). It can be hiked up from the town of Gjøgv, as well as from the pass where the road from Eiði to Gjøgv reaches a high point. Thick fog can cover this mountain very unexpectedly and quickly, so be warned.
