Walk up
Spruce Knob is a typical Appalachian Mountain. It's only distinguishing characteristic is that it's the highest point in the state of West Virginia. On a clear day, a beautiful panorama of the surrounding hills and valleys can be seen. It is accessible by car, or for the more ambitious hikers, there are many trails up Spruce Knob.
