Francisco from Argentina
Access:
Easiest way is to go to Staffal (1800), Gressoney, by car.
Public transport is not recommended due to delays and low frequency.
If going in public transport:
From Torino or Milano, take regional train to Pont Saint Martin. In the train station, take the bus that goes up the valley to Staffal (last stop). Frequency is around 1.5 hours in weekdays and 3h on weekends.
Accommodation:
Refugees Gnifetti (3647) and Mantova (3498) are open in summer season and have a winter part open the whole year, with beds and gas.
Route:
7c is the fastest route, but T.M.R. (Tour del Monte Rosa) has better views.
