Mount Dana Climbing Notes

Fred Tayar from UNITED STATES writes:

My favorite short Yosemite hike by far. Located at the Tioga (East Entrance). Short and not sweet until you reach the top. Typically most challenging section is the last .5 mile. Total hike time is 2.6 to 2.75 miles one way. Trail is well marked until the last 200-400 feet. Lets not forget 3000 elevation gain from 10k to 13k feet. I love you Mount Dana.
