South Baldy (New Mexico) Climbing Notes

Dani Werts from UNITED STATES writes:

Easy access mountain. There are multiple hiking trails from both Kelly (A ghost town) as well as from Water canyon which lead directly to the summit. The Magdalena Ridge Observatory is located at the peak, and there is an access road which runs directly to the observatory. Access to the summit is limited by this. However, it makes for a good day hike mountain. Not technically difficult.
